i own PBB CC for long time, but PIB CC less than a year, can consider new to bank customer for above BT?

i did my 2nd hand car purchase using Citi CC call on cash during promotion in year 2000. flat interest 3.13%/year, if i apply loan during that time the interest is higher 3.3-3.5%.

Citibank CC call on cash, can use upto your CC limit. but i only need partial. i m not buying a new car.

car loan is also FIR. i believe only homeloan are show in EIR.

i got the same issue, visa provision rm0.00 seen on apps login only, and disappear 1-2 days later. i think many also kene but if you not login frequently you may not aware it.
just need to monitor closely loh from now.

if too many wave within a bill cycle, will require 1 time key in pin to reset, then can continue to wave xx times.
as few suggested to use pin reset at petrol terminal pump rm1.

encounter some funny thing............... Islamic card are not able to buy non-halal store item. the CS told me it is actually in T&C, where i got read the T&C, i apply this card for online CB only.
but i do remember i use it at 18 gourmet (NSK non-halal store) before and it no problem. maybe cannot use on PUB selling alcohol drink.
