Hi all, curious question, I have one Visa Signature card, and knowing can enter the Plaza Premium Lounge 2x per year, but since I'm haven't use any yet this year, wonder would they allow 2 person to enter the lounge straight to use up the quota?

FYI: i had 40k CL for PBB CC & just 10k for PIB CC, which it is not allow to move the CL from PBB to PIB CC.
you had to call in to reduce the PBB CC CL, at the same time request CS to send email request to increase CL for PIB CC, which you will need to submit your latest payslip thru Email.

since today morning, unable to make payment for TNB online & Celcom using PBB Visa Signature, straight shows unsuccessful before going to OTP page.

Called PBB they claim is gateway problem, they r not blocking the transaction and these transactions not even appeared to them.
(suspect MBB gateway)

They say if the transactions reach PBB even is rejected, it will show in their system.

Use for other merchant like lazada, no issue.

Have your try to remove the saved PBB CC and pay by manually re-enter the PBB CC number?
I had the same problem and able to pay by PBB CC using the above method.
