RM500-PIN and others Paywave - should be ok but I am not 100% sure.

Yes PIN For RM300/500, other transactions can be completed using Paywave.

Online cashback is still possible.

Still early to suggest something maybe not relevant, wait for revised PDS/T&C and do some testing to get answers - Is SamsungPay included? Transactions >RM250 but require PIN verification is included?

I never tried, but from Pg1, those using VS/QM to pay income tax (LHDN), Road tax (MyEG), CIDB etc govt related transactions did receive online CB, but not sure if it is still valid.
You try to pay your bill online and update us if you get CB!

Maybe PB forgot to reduce monthly CB or % for each card.

Use QM to topup Boost to get 5% CB.
Then use Boost Bill Payment to pay RM, to get Shake Reward and Mission Reward (if available)
So Gain 5% (QM-Online) + Shake Reward (Random) + Mission Reward (if available)

[2] MyUnifi App
Use QM - "Pay Bills" - "Pay for Anyone"
Yet to test, but should get 5% CB (QM-Online).

[3] TM Payment counters
From 1/9/19, you try to use QV - Paywave (transaction less than RM250), if it is allowed.
Self-service kiosks don't accept Paywave.

Why not? Test after 1/9/19.
But the reception/cashier may ask you to use self-service kiosk (paywave is not possible) instead.
I never use Paywave at TM payment counters, so please find out.

It is RM0.00 transaction completed with PIN verification, eg at the petrol station, you don't proceed to pump the petrol.

Otherwise, you need the Approval Code to reverse the transaction.

But it may cost >RM0.10 to use a Public ATM.

Most likely no contactless CB, as someone checked with CS. Wait for official PDS/T&C.
