If your annual income >RM80k, apply Public Visa Signature + Quantum Mastercard (+ Quantum Visa).
If not, apply Quantum Mastercard + Quantum Visa, then cancel Gold cards.
The monthly normal CB earned will be > SST

Or continue using your Visa Gold, play the monthly game (spend >RM500 in 1 transaction), you will get >RM50 special cashback over 5 months.

You can use QV at CS Mini Market, Everrise, H&L but not DValley. Need to perform 1 PIN transactions to reset every 9 paywave transactions if I am not wrong.

Test (after 1/9/19) and update us.
You may test Paywave-Govt (eg JPJ) and Paywave-TNB (counter) as well.

Similarly Online-Govt is still workable for QM if I am not wrong.

Ask card centre if QV can be reinstated as it was paired with QM (same credit limit, not only sharing). Otherwise it should be similar to those VS user adding Quantum cards.

Paywave is reserved for Visa.
Mastercard, Amex and Unionpay cannot use this term.
But QV is a Visa.

I doubt it is working!
Most of the time I use a credit card to paywave, it will get Off-line Approval (check your slips) ie not earmarked in available credit limit till posting!
Only if you use a debit card to paywave, it will go for real-time approval!

Use QM to top up Bigpay, then use Bigpay at DBKL payment counters.

You may try MyEG, use QM to pay, likely (not 100% sure) to get 5% Online rebate. Service charge (MyEG's) may apply.

After 1/9/19, try QV using Paywave at DBKL (if allowed, transaction amount less than RM250), test if you can get Paywave CB (new rule effective 1/9/19).

Normally no CB on Government related transactions and at pbebank (including Jompay, FPX).

Alternatively use PB Debit card, high chance to win RM10 CB.

Discuss in September when PDS/T&C are revised and QV users can do some testings to get some results.
