I am an existing PB card holder, and just gotten my Quantum cards on 17th Nov. The letter stated that my statement date is 2nd of the month. For the first statement, will it then be on 2 Jan 2021? It's 4 Dec now but all my transactions are still parked under Unbilled. Now I'm not sure how or when my cashback will reset

So over the period of 47 days (17/11/20 - 02/01/2021), I'm entitled to only RM30 per card? That's a bummer...i've maxed out the cashback in November, and I got to wait 30 days from today before i can use them again

Yup! Will do!  Just wanted to check if anyone here can answer me, because the waiting time to call them can be quite long, and I do not have consistent mobile line at my home. Need to drive out to make a phone call...

Regarding the service tax rebate, I just had a chat with CS for my VS card.

You need to fulfil a min spend of RM500 within 60 days from the day of the call. And after you have spent RM500, call CS again to request for rebate.

Stupid system. Giving me the reason that they don't know when I will meet the min spend.

Hi, just wanted to find out if a topup to Luno is counted as CB for the Quantum Master, can't find it listed in the 1st page as a valid CB merchant.

Fyi, so i went to IWK website yesterday, they now allow cc payment.

So i was abit too fast in paying, i used bigpay instead pb.

It appears as utilities in bigpay instead of government services but this is no 100% guarantee that will get rebate on pb quantum/vs. But good hope.

So if my transaction is the 16th transaction, I am force to use pin right?

Oh I never thought of it this way.. I thought just simple as my transaction date. So if my statement date is 24th, if I use QM to top-up Shopee Pay and Boost, any idea it will fall on 24th or later? I just wanna ensure I don't waste my cash back in the month I already max up RM30 cash back so I am not sure if I should top up on the 24th or 25th..

The 12 swipes to be eligible for free annual fee - does it have to be swipes from the main cardholder?

Or can it be from the supplementary cardholder?

Or is it accumulative from both?

My husband is getting this credit card but he won't be using it much (if at all) so I need to make sure how the 12 swipes is tallied up.

Hi guys, i have just gotten my quantum cards on the 18th and my bill statement date is 22nd. I didnt receive my 1st statement on 22/12 as the cs said i will only get my statement on 22/1.

I asked her if the cash back before 22/12 will be counted separately or together with the period of 23/12 to 22/1. She said it will be together but i am not sure she knows what she is talking. Could anyone could help to share your experience? Thanks
