PB Weekend Special with PB Mastercard Credit Card [PBB] [TNC]

Anyone aware of this promo? I have a question on the TNC below:

Do you think top up to Lazada wallet is eligible?

My Public Bank Quantum Mastercard  get fraud for the first time.  The transaction was Kimchichibea USD 164 on 14/07/2022 00:52AM.

I received the sms about card payment in the morning and was blur for the moment. I recall my recent transactions was only pay to merchant in Shopee app and bill payment in Lazada. Then start to have a little panic and went to call the customer service number on the card. Customer service verified my identity, blocked my card and send new card.

Next, i login my account to check, the card and transaction still there with status unposted and zero amount (USD conversion). I not sure how the process works but hope it will be removed or crossed out tomorrow (or up to 14 days/ 3 months).

i just notice i am not receiving any of my cashback on my Master Quantum and Visa Signature.. i use it to top up Boost E-Wallet, is the TnC change recently?

encounter some funny thing............... Islamic card are not able to buy non-halal store item. the CS told me it is actually in T&C, where i got read the T&C, i apply this card for online CB only.
but i do remember i use it at 18 gourmet (NSK non-halal store) before and it no problem. maybe cannot use on PUB selling alcohol drink.

The campaign runs every weekend and there's 4 weeks in a month. 1000 FCFS per month, so it means the following weekends quota surely finished by the first weekend

Can we join both campaign given this clause?

i know what the discussion about.
from my view, ewallet has been excluding as an online transaction for months/years, so that fact is basically established.

2) pib mc only have zcity, not yet maximized, but no cb in your latest statement?
