Question: Now that Quantum MC is 2% cb on (min) RM100 overseas transactions, does this mean after the 1.25% fee, it's only effectively 0.75% cb?

Well, this card is gone for good.
Previously was good as it provide clear cut cash back , mid tier (RM30/m)
with Lounge access.

Now they even cancel local lounge access..
Termination imminent.
No point playing it anymore.

i thought it follow statement date. so if your statement 2 week this month, and 2 week next month. so new changes take effective. cashback follow statement date but not by month

so does it mean, now this card is better as can access lounge and 3% cashback: PB Visa Signature Credit Card?
