I also called in for request loyalty rebate for SST however CS told only can use points to offset. Only I wonder got such points since never check how much balance of reward point available.

I got the same card too out of random. The only good thing is no annual fee but the RM25 service tax is still anoyying to me. What are the other better miles card without annual fee? So far i've only been using CB cards for spend.
