SST cannot be waive, but can request to convert to cashback (depends on their management approval & your usage records)
By the way, I think is easier for PBB VS to request convert SST to cashback.

Yes, same to me too. I can’t proceed with the wave transaction and showed “do not honor”. If such case, I used another cc to make payment. How to still use quantum visa for that case and entitled for 5% for wave transaction?

I have been using paywave all the time since the QV card revised its feature. Pretty sure I must have hit either the transaction count or limit, but never encounter "do not honour" transaction.

does the contact-less refer to paywave only or applicable to the card slot into the card machine with pin?

Depends on merchant using which type of machine..
From my experience, those newer machine with full touch screen one can support paywave and pin for >RM250.. while old machine cannot, if wave >RM250 will just show error, them have to do pin entry (bye bye 5% CB)..

It seem that PBB is blocking BigPay reloads up to max 4 times per day due to many fraud cases.

So after the 4th attempt, kindly call the bank to "unlock" subsequent topups to BigPay

Last months I call, they say is not about fraud.
Is too many ppl participating eWallet top up during campaign.
Tell me is not fair he unblock for me, ask me to top up other wallets instead
