no worries.
if they say will give rebate or in some case submit for management approval , usually they will honor it.
wait for few more days, if still not getting the rebate, call CS again.

don't be too pushy, remember, this is not your rights,
they are not required to giv you a rebate offset.
it's more to their goodwill

can bank simply send new card i.e world MC (not replacement card) to us without any application or consent?

some mentioned on benefit being lounge access x 3 times, but that is subjected to RM1k min spend within 30 days to entitled 1 free entry.
and i ady hav other PBB cards for lounge access, and PBB consolidate lounge access based on cardholder, not card type.

if not receive cb due to backdate, call CS to manual adjust cb.
so far tried and PBB did manually adjust the cb in.

they will not stop you from entering PPL even you did not fulfilled the criteria, just that, the PPL charges per person RM145.50 would be charged to your statement directly if you did not fulfilled the t&c for free PPL access.
if it's still within 30 days, better go use the card to ensure fulfilled RM1k spend criteria
