If I don't have memory leak, SST will be charged x days later. Not instant. You can wait a few days (again, if no memory leak 2-4 days, not even 1 week) to experiment and share with us.

In my opinion, no such thing as swapping because different entity. It's applying Islamic + cancelling conventional. When I applied Islamic last time, had to submit all the docs. PB then called me and asked if I agree to transfer partial credit limit from Conventional to Islamic, which I agreed.

You can ask CS when they call you for the credit limit transfer.

You can only zpay 5x a day with same credit card at zcity. So, the remaining (600-zspend) must do elsewhere or wait tomorrow. You can wait until last day before spending elsewhere.

Both can. Sifu already mass-promo months ago, more than what PB is doing.
