Don't see this being mentioned yet but somehow I'm able to to top-up BigPay RM100 * 6 with PBVS. I remember not too long ago the transaction would have failed by the 3rd top-up.  |

Just contacted CS for an issue with BigPay & took the opportunity to ask her about the upcoming eWallet exclusion.
1) Since my statement date is on the 1st, I asked if eWallet transactions prior to 16-FEB will still be taken into account for cashback, she said no guarantee.
2) Direct payment from apps like Shopee, Lazada, Grab, etc are considered as e-commerce so they're still entitled for cashback.
3) No confirmed timeline for the new T&C; most likely next month.
