It shouldn't be. I don't think Steam handles Steam Wallet & game purchase any differently.

Most likely you've reload TnG eWallet from saved PBB card.

Based on my search in this thread, existing PBB card holder is still considered as NTB when applying for PBB-i card. I read through the T&C but it's kinda ambiguous if this promotion still apply to existing PBB card holder that has no PBB-i card. Any idea?

That's what I think so too, a bit ambiguous. Anyway, no big deal, will give it a go.

Because this promotion applies to both PB & PIB cards so I'm not sure if the T&C means:
1) If you're an existing PB card holder then you're not eligible when applying for Visa Infinite or World Mastercard. Same if you're existing PIB card holder than you're not eligible when applying for PIB cards; OR

2) You're not eligible for this campaign as long as you're holding either PB or PIB cards.

Yes, if you're using a spreadsheet to track your transaction, just use the formula =ROUND((transaction*0.05),2).

There is still CB for PBB CC but just not for eWallet reloads.

That's the grey area that someone will have to experiment on to get confirmation.

Logically I think it should work the same like MBB cards where direct payment to Shopee & SPayLater are entiltled for CB but as above, someone will have to test first.

What's with people who kept claiming BigPay isn't eWallet recently? It's starting to look like a trend or some kind of concerted effort to paint BigPay in a different light.

If follow new T&C, no. But a few has reported that they're still earning CB from ShopeePay & TnG eWallet so the decision is up to you.

That was in the past but the latest T&C specifically mentioned no more CB for eWallet top-up after 16-FEB.

Pretty sure that image said all PB & PIB cards except the 2 listed.
