I received SMS on Thursday saying my application for Quantum credit cards have been approved. But when I checked on Friday, the credit card details haave not appeared on my Public Bank online account yet.

Just wanna ask, will my Quantum credit card be automatically linked to my existing online account (for current account, opened a few years earlier).

If not, do I need to fill a form at a Public Bank branch?

I had received PBB Quantum card both Visa and MC. I'm now have a bit of confusing eligible on online transactions from MC to get cashback. But haven't activate them.

1. Is it able to get cashback like top up TnG ewallet (searched this thread and would like to reconfirm, thanks) and also from paying utilities online (through TNB app, Syabas app, and UniFi app)? Already read the Product Disclosure Sheet and not excluding these.

2. And also charged by SST RM 50 from these 2 cards?

Any experienced generous senpai that can guide me? Thanks in advance!

PS: Will try to call them to get SST rebate...

For the new card promo, After registered via sms and meet the spending of RM 600. Anything that i need to do to redeem the gifts and RM 25 cash back? Or i just wait only?

I've been using Quantum Visa for Wave transactions >RM30 for the 5% rebate. It seem to hit the limit of Wave transactions.
Do not Honor appears on the 12th wave transaction.

How can I "reset" it without entering PIN ? Enter PIN means i won't get my 5% cashback rebate, right ?

Hi just wanted to ask about sms transaction notification for PBB Quantum cards,

I think I have set last week for PBB to notify me if I made transactions above rm1 for my cards.

My first transaction went fine, I receive the sms notification, however now 2nd, 3rd transaction all went through without sms notification.

Is this normal?
