Luckily I checked here in time. Usually I wait for statement before calling to convert. I better do mine tonight.
Thanks

Just called and converted ***phew***
Gee this is short-lived joy for me, having PBB quantum since only July 19.

get HLB AA, others only available till 31 Jan 2020.

I searched back on postings since the start of 1% fee on PBB Quantum's FPP.
I think I will apply for HLB AA but next year. BigPay and Boost reload qualify for zero % EPP of this card?

Hi guys, my application for quantum card just got rejected recently. I heard that I can appeal, how would I go about appealing?

Is this card so highly sought after / so hard to get?

Thanks!
*
Call. I was rejected at first then I called to ask for the reason. They wouldn't tell me the reason but told me I could appeal. After quite a while, like 3-4 weeks, I finally got the card.

Can share how did you appeal...? Please
*
I didn't need to do anything. The guy said he could put in an appeal for me.
And I asked if there's any other document that I needed to provide, he said no need.
Maybe mine was a borderline case so just needed someone's reconsideration.

I see. I tend to put all my statement dates around the same time to pay them together since there are so many cards. lol
*
But they will all be due around the same time. Won't that jam up your cashflow a bit?

I can see that lots of happy people have been busy with their PBB Visa card spending for cash rebate.
Some one at PBB must have been biased, why no such benefit for Master card holders?

Why is Public Bank rewarding more to Visa card holders? What about us the Master card people? All I have is 5% cash back max RM30 per month.

Hey guys, i just check through my March 2020 statement, it seems that reload on touch n go ewallet no longer entitled cashback for public bank quantum mastercard. Did anyone experienced this? Thanks in advance  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif

I got my RM30 cash back for my Quantum Master alright, just got my statement. I spent only on Boost and BigPay top up during this billing cycle.
Ask PBB customer service.

Very generous, your Public Bank. I hope my Hong Leong Bank is just as generous. I applied the Airasia card in addition to my Fortune and they share the same limit. I have to juggle between the two.

When i read the T&C, I'm a bit confused with following statement " If the minimum payment is not paid by the Due Date, the standard late charges of 1.0% of the total outstanding balance as at statement dateor a minimum of RM10, whichever is higher (capped to a maximum of RM100) will be chargeable on the unpaid minimum payment. After the
credit scheme duration, the standard tiered Finance Charge /Management Fee of 15% to 18% p.a. will be applicable."

Does it mean i can pay the minimum payment stipulated in monthly statement without any interest charges and can pay make full outstanding settlement in the 8th month?
*
FPP is equal instalment every month. You will find that the minimum to pay is equivalent to the instalment amount. There's no 5% for my last FPP

Aiya, after topping up RM100, then came across the post that says must register with SMS which I didn't do. Read further into terms and conditions which says Quantum Master is excluded. Again busy fool, really should read terms and conditions before doing anything.

i had done calculation convert to EIR rate as below FYI,

PB  plan nett >>          EIR/year
3.0%/1year >>          5.536%
5.5%/2years >>          5.211%
7.0%/3years >>          4.453%
9.5%/4years >>          4.524%

Calculation based on 10K.
*
So looks like it's worth my while to go for the 3 years or 4 years to cover my MBB overdraft of >5%!

Tried calling up PBBs cc number and it seems its down.

Just one question, I just made a purchase online using my Quantum Visa for approximately 15k and was wondering if I could split the said transaction into an instalment for 2 months ?
I am aware that they provide the said instalment plan for retail purchases but what about online ?

Thanks
*
A post just 1 or 2 before you said PBB flexipay of 0.5% one time fee for 8 months can be applied for online purchases as well
