I just got my public bank islamic platinum card, how to activate the pbe online? Can i get the temporary password from the atm using the credit card?

PBe > Profile Maintenance > Manage Profile > Add / Delete Account

But i dont even have online account with them before this. This is my first card with them.

My question, can I use my credit card to get the temporary ID from their ATM because the tutorial I saw, they used public bank debit card.

I called last month for my Islamic Platinum card. Depends on the CS staff i think. First time he told me this is not possible, but I told him to just put in a request to management. Waited like few days still not rebated.

Tried calling second time and this time diff staff picked up, no questions asked, just told me will put in request and pending management approval. Next day saw SST is reversed in statement

First CS call and he agreed to put in request to management, no questions asked. See if it's reversed by tomorrow.

I received for last month PBB Islamic Visa after complain.

Today just received new statement. Missing again for PBB VS, will escalate.

Damn, my turn to have missing CB, guess I'll have to escalate tomorrow.

Edit: CS helped to submit one-time reimbursement request while explaining this happen because I used saved card function as previously mentioned in this thread.

Still stupid regardless as some merchants/apps forces card registration first, then charge seperately on check out - you can't directly enter your card number on those...

if the CS insist so, ask for their full name,
and told they represent PBB Refusing to offer any resolution when cust raise a complaint.
Followed tell them we will persue the case to their higher management / cust resolution team / report to BNM,
usually they will be more helpful this way

Just delete card and readd card if want to use PB cards loh. If I don't have memory leak, it triggers OTP every time. I did that after the first time seeing direct charge to avoid all these unnecessary disputes later on.

yes. i never ever save any card with lazada, the transaction is enter full card details with OTP.
but yet, PBB still consider as recurring.

as consumer, we are not interested with how they work internally,
we only concerned about not receiving CB For our eligibla Trx,
and how they r going to resolve it
