South City is only for my normal Lazada Wallet transactions.

Appeared on PBe, my next statement is only coming on 4th.

I am having problem when topping up using PIB. Failed transactions, hope they don't later appear in statement

No issue for me as I just paid Shopee using VS around 3pm.

I did one around 3:05pm too..then few minutes later failed..CS said is Shopee problem.

No cashback.

I encountered the same and I need to lodge complaint by showing proof that it is online purchase. (Not easy to proof as taobao don really show what card you use, coincidentally I have partia refund for my purchase and I show the refund is also credited directly to pbqm)

The first email they reply rejected my request. Then I need to appeal again.. so, I have try to avoid using PBB card for Taobao payment now..

Public bank Mastercard if reload into Bigpay is it eligible for CB? Any other ways you all use on other then pay directly using CC for Shopee Or Lazada

Found a solution
I actually removed the card due to expired and readd with new expiry date and cvv
Then I made payment via app it failed
Repeated with app and website also failed
Then use website to change payment method and rekey in cc info the payment success
I believe is shopee bugs
Contacted cs before I retried the above solution was told 3-5 working days to solve
Really helpless their cs in payment technical issues

Received sms that statement is ready but encountered error when downloading

I spend for both, but get petrol only.

I called and ask, they say only Petrol. I have some doubts though. I did the 1k quite late on May 1, possible that quota finished.

Month 1 got 5 weekend, if RM50,000 fully utilize one 1st weekend, mean 2nd weekend cannot get anything right even you spend?

Of course lah, can be taken up on the first Friday (eg yesterday, now habis!)
