Just sharing, my supp card has been kena fraud with her cc and the pbb cs card department straight away call my supp to confirm the transaction. lucky the cs call and upon checking internet banking, the was attempt to use my card for rm 5 at eshoptalent.com . card mostly use as saved card kt shopeepay/shopee

Is bank allow to make the card replacement by request before the fraud kick in?

encounter some funny thing............... Islamic card are not able to buy non-halal store item. the CS told me it is actually in T&C, where i got read the T&C, i apply this card for online CB only.
but i do remember i use it at 18 gourmet (NSK non-halal store) before and it no problem. maybe cannot use on PUB selling alcohol drink.

I have PBQM, and I would like to apply for PIB Visa Platinum Credit Card-i, due to 4% online cashback.
1) Will I get one eStatement for PB conventional credit card, and another eStatement for PIB Islamic credit card? Or, will I get just one eStatement for PB conventional credit card and PIB Islamic credit card altogether?
2) Can I set the statement date of PIB Islamic credit card same as the statement date of PB conventional credit card?

I thought so too, but experienced card transaction failures with Quantum Visa when trying to wave RM600 at a go - happened to both me and my partner's cards, we tried a few times and failed every time... I wonder why.
