I was charged the annual fee in previous month statement, but was reverse few days ago. do i still need to pay the the annual fee charged or just leave if?

Got the card recently and emailed to get an SST rebate.

Don't know why it got rejected, I swiped for quite a lot of times.

Or do they don't give SST rebates for the first time?

bigpay topup on 28/4 didnt receive cashback.
grab ewallet topup on 6/4 got cashback

For Quantum Master
Bigpay topup on 7/4 get cashback still

Now... i can officially delete my PB cards from all the ewallet app. No more gambling on different ewallet for PB cards. Sadly shopeepay is no longer tagged under the normal "shopee"

Spending now shall be planned accordingly to grocery, online, dining.

My visa signature credit card expiry is coming this July 2022. 5 years feels like a breeze. Normally how many days/weeks in advance PB will issue a new credit card? So far haven't received any SMS notification.

Got my statement today.

On 5th May, I did two top-ups to ShopeePay.
1. Used Visa Signature, statement shows Shopee Kuala Lumpur MY - GOT Cashback
2. Used Visa Platinum-i, statement shows ShopeePay Top Up KUALA LUMPUR MY - NO Cashback

Wow. I actually just discovered this problem this week. Havent been checking transaction on the browser.

it time to figure up, what trigger shopee KL and Shopeepay topup.
- when running program they must have precedence to run.
- or maybe time factor am/pm
- other factor?

all the few pages back is shopee, how about other reload got cashback? TNG, Grab, Boost.

ewallet is not eligible for cashback but will it be counted for the RM600 transaction limit?

But it also says excluding transition that gives cash back... is it means the PIB need use above 750 only eligible for this?

Received call today. First call said eWallet is exclusion. I told him Product disclosure for Islamic shown it is not exclusion. Then he call back again n mentioned yes, it is system error and will adjust back the cashback to me in following statement.

Just now i call CS, for the PBB VS SST convert CB request.  (he ask me to spend RM500 to get this offer)

While chatting with him i got mention about PiB PV no CB after 25 April e-wallet reload.

He terus told me, will be reflect on next bill, this happen coz when they applying the new rules, it auto apply to all related card, then have to revert back for  PiB VP. 

** however only effect E-Wallet , the rest no effect.

I notice my topup on Shopeepay with PB Visa-I on 27 Apr not receiving cashback on 1st May.
Can anyone confirm this ?
