hi. i received pb islamic card and activated through phone.
But, the card still not appearing in PBE like other cards.
Is there something I miss out ?

usually received email statement on 14th, now already 16th.
if refer apps, the last statement balance already include cash back?

also i plan to cancel both my quantum card to replace with islamic one, can somehow transfer current fpp to new card to avoid early settlement penalty? lol

Too bad even with official TnC update, still no clear list of eWallets or MCC list, just a vague blanket exclusion that may change anytime, with the criteria being "does it store value" 

Will have to do some experiments to find out...

Called customer service just now, he mentioned exclusion is for all cards, including islamic visa... so
islamic visa is entitle for e-wallet topup or not ?...

Bigpay is a debit card, I m using quantum master to reload bigpay every month , then spend it elsewhere

was thinking to terminate my pb cc coz seldom use, received sst charge this month, saw msg from this group stated pb can ask for rebate.
i just try and call, i mentioned about the sst only, she said can rebate. so polite. waiting time for my call is less than 30 seconds.
so good service, make me want to change my mind and keep this card.

coz last week call maybank,  called twice, waited about 30 min also no answer. call other time, got answer, the male staff so impolite, hate that lousy service from maybank.

strange.. I haven't receive my statement which usually received on 16 of every month.

talked to PB CS just now

seems like Quantum Visa dont have contactless limit anymore (probably for some time liao since other forumers reported no need to reset)

they acknowledged previously they enforced contactless limit to 10x or 15x, but that limit already removed, essentially can wave many times without needing to reset via PIN.

p/s: not sure if this applies to all PB cards or specific card(s). I called CS just asking for some questions about Quantum Visa and this topic came up during the chat

oh good to hear that! Didn't know no longer need to reset by making PIN swipe since I only use Quantum Visa like 1 to 3 times a month

What's with people who kept claiming BigPay isn't eWallet recently? It's starting to look like a trend or some kind of concerted effort to paint BigPay in a different light.
