bigpay should be fairly safe since it has no other business nature.
ec/ecom is just a description to show the merchant is an online platform.
most important is how it was configured by their acquirer banks, which we have no control.
to have a peace of mind, contact PB CS and enquire this txn is identified as "online" or not. they can easily tell you.

building mgmt or jmb can be using few MCC (something we have no control).
from my past experiences, they can be having these MCCs:
MCC 8699: Membership Organizations (Not Elsewhere Classified)
MCC 6513: Real Estate Agents and Managers - Rentals
if these MCCs are not part of the campaign exclusion, then perhaps can try.
if you can try small amount using bigpay or any pbb card (example), can view the category in bigpay app or contact PB CS to find out the MCC
