easy basic question here..
1) if PL got approved, then when need start to pay? one month after approved/got money?
2) usually how much payout rate? i know different bank is different. but average? how bout other chargers?
3) how much we can apply? some got 5x salary etc and some dont mention. this one can apply up to 100k one?
1. tis one depends on the bank, in SCB, after 1 mth approved,
2. payout = in SCB full amount, before u apply u better check all the TnC, like the processing fees and stamping fee etc,
as i know, if u apply with RHB bank, they'll be processing fees and stamping fees, so u wont get full amount , they will deduct all these charges + the insurance. not sure bout other banks.. u can always call the call centres and check with them.
3. how much u can apply - based on ur income, of coz 5 times, but in SCB it depends on ur risk level (commitments and previous records etc) my cust once got 7.5 X .. so this one depends on the bank and the system linked to bank negara,

Hi, i would like to get a personal loan to clear off my credit card debts tho. i got four cards that i want to kill and focus on paying on one account. Do you guys/gals think it's a better solution than paying monthly to 4 different cards? Debt is huge for me and i admit that it was my own greed and ignorance that made me fall into this trap. Hope someone from here can give me good advise. would like to settle debts in 2-3 years. T_T i do hate my situation now...
u can do refinancing , like in SCB, u apply for refinancing, we settle all the c/c outstanding for u, so monthly just pay to SCB,
wats good bout this, lets say ur cc debts - 20k but based on ur income u can apply up to 30k, u may apply 30k, and settle the 20k cc and the balance rm10k u may take as cash.

quick question, if we have been approved a PL of for example 50k from bank XYZ can we ask the bank to review the offer to lower down the amount to 30k. this is before signing the agreement
not sure bout other banks, in SCB, u can.. after the loan approved u can request the amount. i've done that b4
