I just look over the comment and found the below mentioned price. How come your price is much differentiate ?

phase 2 is open for booking starting this saturday 10 am

layouts are 22x70 2546 sqft and 26x70 3003 sqft
22x70 price from RM999K
26x70 price from Rm1.13m
*
his price is the brochure APTL price, I think that price is before the 10% discount given for HOC for 26x70 types, that's the ceiling price that the superlink 26x70 can go for if developer decide to price increase in the future. haha

yes, your pricing is the correct SPA price now

Good day all,

Regarding Paramount Sejati Lakeside Phase 1 22x70, which is the correct genuine layout plan for ground floor?

Anyone notice it?

Kindly advise.

Hi Kumario, the actual one will be the bottom one where u see the toilet downstairs are more squarish and spacious, as the upper one is their original design with L-shaped toilet not space efficient, so they revamp it before they get APTL for phase 1 last year November 2019, so the bottom one is the final layout.

Just signed s&p for sejati lakeside yesterday
Chose the superlink coz no more end lot for 22x70
*
We made our booking for superlink too. Was very confused whether to choose the superlink or 22x70 which is cheaper. But the superlink size is just so big we decided to go for bigger size.

What's the different between the above material vs red bricks? Better than IBS?

Is this material AAC block type?

Kindly advise.
