It's a bit quiet here sad.gif

I got news from agent that phase 3 would probably only launch late 2021.
Taking it with a pinch of salt though.

The agent also said an exterior gate will be provided, but not sure if it's gonna be auto-gate, does anyone know?

Almost a million still no auto gate? The interior layout look exactly like their Kemuning Utama project. Also G&G but individual title. Will have problem with people not paying maintenance fee. Guaranteed.

I checked my real-time sales chart, currently all units fully booked, no matter 22x70 or 26x70, probably that's why that agent no answer you

see whether still any units will release again due to loan reject later

i realized Klang Valley landed project mostly not given auto-gate oh, hahaha
I handled over 20 variant landed projects in Puchong side, but only Topaz and Aquamarine by Plenitude got give auto-gate only.

I bought a unit for Sejati Lakeside phase 2. Anyone knows what's the status for the construction development/progressive interest schedule? Haven't heard anything so after signing SPA last year September.

I signed my SnP in February 2021 and just received progress billing of 2a already few days back. I guess you should also receive yours soon.

Hi, understood from SA that phase 3 will be launching around Sept this year. Can anyone share what is the previous phase selling price for 26x70 end lot?

26x70 is superlink and was more than a million for normal intermediate unit. For end lot u can expect it to be even more during Phase 3.

I think he is saying since this individual title, gonna see ppl riding free on the security fee....


sooner later more ppl stop paying security fee then "guarded community" won't work, at least strata title bind by law, folks can be "force" to pay.

Strata title owners are also forced to pay for services normally provided by local council e.g landscaping, street lighting, cleaning, maintenance, etc, could be a considerable amount.

Sejati Lakeside dont have clubhouse. They have several outdoor facilities, gardens, etc
