QUOTE(you'll never walk alone @ Aug 13 2008, 10:23 AM) I at same stage "2e" with you also. I think i received the letter on june. Same as you wonder why the 2D stage is not progress. Thanks for clarify. Seem like the whole progress is good!! Hopefully we can get the keys earlier. Can start pay installment already? What bank you take your loan? I take OCBC and read thru the loan agreement they don't let us pay any amount of installment before the full amount is issue. Correct me if im wrong. I think can lah, we need to tell ocbc that we want to start paying the full monthly installment. I took from OCBC, my agent told me.

I'm pleased to know that the development is taking shape pretty well! ;o)
Out of curiosity, I wonder why tangki air must be soooo high up? It's a killer lah... imagine when you walk out your house only to see the water tank.
I laughed when i saw it cos my dad was teasing me, how come i bought the house sooooo away, atas bukit somemore.... in years to come, wat if we hv water problem... then i told him, dun worry, templer waterfall is nearby!!! now i must tell him, they built a huge tangki just behind my house.... hahhahah!

Hello people, Wow... nice pictures!!! & i concur with all of you that the railings somewhat not very nice.... Not sure if they mentioned the type of tiles they in our S&P. If they have, can we sue?
The staircase is damn narrow... that should be the main consideration when buying furnitures.
Anyway, i took a walk at selayang heights (opposite aman siara) on first raya and note that, they too use those "ugly" railings but they paint it white, so it doesn't look that bad lah. Not sure, if they would do the same for aman siara but it definitely looks better. Yeah, its TRUE, the dust easily gets settled in the small squares.
I guess there's only 3-4 months to deliver Phase 1 key (according to S&P lah), so for phase 1 owners, enjoy the feeling of anticipation.
Question for Phase 3 owners. Is the kitchen and hall gonna be open concept too?

If there is no flyover, its gonna be difficult because we need to travel further in towards rawang for the U-turn... at nite, can be extremely dangerous... don't think they have any streetlights.... eh, we need to push the developer to build the flyover for us.... but how to start the ball rolling?

QUOTE(kelvinchin @ Oct 14 2008, 04:49 PM) according to the sales rep before this, there will be a pond where the water flow directly from the natural waterfall from the mountain, and it was rounding by the joging track, but now seems like nobody seen it, so i think no more those natural water for us.  Hello Kelvin and All, Just for sharing! As I was scouting for apartment in Selayang during the Raya break, one of the agent showed me Kipark... wow, i fell in love with the swimming pool (cos when u swim (located at Level 2), its all greeneries....)... ok anyway, back to the story..... they suppose to build a manmade waterfall, you can actually see the structure but then the developer decided not to go ahead because of the cost! Likewise, for aman siara, be prepared to hear some sad stories if they can't deliver 'that' natural waterfall cum river into aman siara's compound... Personally, at this juncture, we have to ensure our project has/is making a good progress and they deliver in time..... the reason am telling this is because the increase of building materials and hopefully our developer will be able to accomplish the project with these limitations.... QUOTE(alanyuppie @ Oct 17 2008, 11:10 AM) sorrie. wedding bell ringing next year. yours truly are taken by the wedding "belle". Anyway our first gathering should be more about breaking the ice and knowing each other better. It's pretty hard for anyone to vote anyone to lead by merely looking at their activities online (forum postings), since we won't really know their real capabilities. Im sure those who wish to cast the first stone (not literally of course!) against the developer will show himself during the gathering, I hope. oh ya, i know.... in no time you'll be running around and you'll try hard to keep your sanity.... weekends will be taken, diet will be ruined, pockets will on fire and all the rest....tiring but fun! i'm in that stage now! nevertheless, if time permits, i'll come for the discussion! ;D

QUOTE(alanyuppie @ Oct 30 2008, 02:10 PM) Don't forget the thickness of the walls separating each unit. sometimes about 1 feet are "lost" from there. not to mention internal walls, which might take away another half a feet or so. Hi Alan... Did you'll manage to meet up last saturday?

QUOTE(alanyuppie @ Oct 30 2008, 04:14 PM) yep. just a handful of us. Anyway looking fwd to more gatherings by you guys Just a suggestion lah, why not we plan with advance 3 weeks notice, at least we get people to be committed (avoid people making plans during that time)... and we should do it during normal weekends (sat&sun) cos long weekends people balik kampung... so, here it comes... the million dollar question.... When shall we have our next gathering???
