Looking at the houses within our area, you can see double story houses, bungalows coming up... Idaman Hills lah... there is even Phase 4 in the pipeline! so, in terms of sustaining the price, shouldnt be a problem. But in terms of hoping the value will fly high, don't think so lah - not so soon!!! Our place is near rawang dy, needless to say, the value for properties is soooo low!!!

Yes... its veryyyyy cooling and serene. So, if its raining or after rain, no need aircond. So cold that my dog refuse to lie on the floor.....
At nite, very nice to go for a walk and oh yes, the skyline in the morn and eve, very calm. When its cold, you see the fog. So far, the only prob is the noise from the road... that depends if your unit is near to road. I've been living in town all my life and now I can enjoy the fresh air.
