Anyway, which bank did you take your loan and how much is your monthly interest. I've got my second statement, first was RM20 something and now RM79 i think. So far, I received only one letter informing that 10% has been released. So, not sure why there'z changes in the monthly interest.

Wadey, there'z nothing much to see now lah, cos very initial stage!

Compulsory For Apartments In Selangor To Have Individual Water Meters
The Selangor government will make it compulsory for apartment/condominium management to change from the bulk meter system to individual meters for water supply. Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim recently announced that the state government would provide free water supply for the first 20 cubic metres monthly to each household in Selangor from June.

Haiyooohhh!!! I juz read the complaints made by Andari Town Villas owners... so very the kesian!!! Suddenly, I feel scared u know. Oh God, I just praying hard that Aman Siara's project will be delivered to us as promised!!!

Anyway, please confirm if we are meeting up on 21st. If plan cancel, i want to plan for my hot date lah!

I just received letter yesterday that my unite phase III 197-A has completed its stage 2b as of 30.6.2008.

Yaalahh... looks very naked! hahhaha! Txs Alanyuppie! ;o)

The letter is from Wirama notifying the stage for that said parcel. I suspect u didn't get because besides 197 A, the other units are for A units (First floor).

Don't worry... maybe you'll get it in few weeks time....

No joke, there is an increase in the house price. Recently, my sis booked for a house in Sg Long, the agent also didnt tell us anything that they might increase the price....when whe went 2 weeks later to pay the remaining deposit, the price gone up by 7-8K and thats 3 days after we booked!!!

So everybody, just pray really really hard that we don't have to face unimaginable!!!

i know, s&p is signed, memang kenot change. but the situation in the construction industry... hopefully Leadmont will deliver what has been promised...!!!
