Current Vox Valvetronix users... interested in converting your babies to the high-gain counterparts? thumbup.gif

The audio clips seem promising, the audiorage's my favourite... based on the Mesa maybe? biggrin.gif

it'd be more attractive if the speakers were both celestions

=p but i guess that will send its price skyrocketing =p

@ecbp
well the vox would be more flexible, being a modelling amp, but i guess it'll never beat a fulltube =/

Overall, they all sound good. The "Audiorage" clip sounds great. I'm guessing it's supposed to sound like Tom Morello's setup - a 50W Marshall (the model eludes me) & cab. There seems to be a number of nu/modern metal sounding settings, which is cool. And a "shred" setting with some echo. Didn't get to hear the octave effect, but that'll probably be used sparingly anyway...

IMO it'd sound better if they also had clips of just the amp, without the backing musicians. Either way, let the GAS begin (again)...

that is one of the fugliest guitars gibson has ever built.
the sunburst one is slightly better, just cos its sunburst.

anyway, the SG that most ppl seem to be buying now is this.
same price as a standard, with better pickups and all.

What makes you not think so?
I don't think anyone would waste their time pirating an Epi LP...
