if you have UPS tracking number, try to track with easyparcel, it will show more details.

Thanks. Current tracking number doesn't return any result, I'll try with this again once customer service sends me the correct tracking number.

good question, I have the same question too. I plug and charge all time, almost 10-12 hours/day.
And I noticed there is "Battery Charge Threshold " setting in Lenovo Vantage where you can turn on (Device>Power).

I'm not sure if my setting wrong or correct also.
And there is battery details where you can see you battery health and cycle count.

Yes. Lithium ion battery will lose lifespan and degrade fast if you constantly run on AC power , while battery is constantly being trickle charged at 100%. The best practice is to keep battery charge level within 30% - 80% so that battery won't be under high stress. Lenovo vantage app has battery conservation option to automatically keep your battery at 55% - 60% constantly while being plugged to charger.

Lucky for you as your version can set manual charging threshold. Yes, activate it and run at this setting should make your battery lifespan increase by 3x or more.

maybe different model or bios, or intel/amd got different option, in your case is Conservation Mode, which is preset.
