Damn it, should've requested for self-collection when I called them yesterday. At least with that, I can go collect from the warehouse by today

I'm going to request self-collection so I can go collect from their Shah Alam warehouse tomorrow, no need to wait for their empty promises again

Took a long time to deliver mine, about 2 week (stated as ready stock). Have to import from china, the worst thing is u can't really trace the status of ur delivery. Very bad service overall.

When you receive email for review from Lenovo, just give a bad negative review criticising their courier choice - UPS.

which model? fyi most models especially customize are shipped from china...and you should be able to track...

Just suddenly arrive, no notification whatsoever.

Called them 2 times today, they promise to call me back by 4PM, still nothing

Mine also suddenly arrived in a White van. No notification given at all.

I bought mine about 1 year ago. its a 2 in 1 C340 .

No, it just say 'Update' 'Delivery will be rescheduled' and no estimated delivery date given at all.

Mine have been like that for 2 days, still no delivery

I think invoice will only issue once they ship out.
