I called them and told them it's for corporate use, that's why they promised the delivery to be either today or latest by tomorrow

The delivery address is actually a corporate address so that's why they didn't question my reasoning

Belum jugak
Called their helpline again today and the same excuse were given as yesterday "will arrange a callback from the warehouse and arrange for delivery today"

Damn it, should've requested for self-collection when I called them yesterday. At least with that, I can go collect from the warehouse by today vmad.gif

Took a long time to deliver mine, about 2 week (stated as ready stock). Have to import from china, the worst thing is u can't really trace the status of ur delivery. Very bad service overall.

When you receive email for review from Lenovo, just give a bad negative review criticising their courier choice - UPS.

which model? fyi most models especially customize are shipped from china...and you should be able to track...

I bought mine about 1 year ago. its a 2 in 1 C340 .

No, it just say 'Update' 'Delivery will be rescheduled' and no estimated delivery date given at all.

I think invoice will only issue once they ship out.
