oh dear, hope you get it soon then. I was in the same boat about a month and a half ago, but luckily a computer repair shop managed to temporarily fix the issue (fan problem) - can't be fixed permanently because the fan part isn't sold / widely available anymore.

oh, and apparently UPS came to my condo to deliver it about 20 minutes ago, but I had left my phone in my room (preparing dinner in the kitchen) and no one could hear the ringing of my phone because there was loud music on in the living room. had 2 missed calls from the UPS guy, he sent me a message saying he would deliver tomorrow instead.

and in case you were wondering - the UPS tracking website never indicated that it was on the way to my address lol...

Got my laptop around 2 hours ago, everything seems to be working fine.





BTW, for those who got any free gifts e.g. mouse because of shipment delays, those items are delivered separately?

does anyone have a problem with yellow tint on their Lenovo laptop screen? any solutions to this problem?

edit: seemed to fix the yellow tint somewhat by fiddling around with AMD Radeon color calibration and Windows color calibration, although it still doesn't look as accurate color wise as my old HP laptop screen IMO.

Speakers also are a bit worse than my old HP laptop which has Harmon Kardon speakers (bass not as prominent). fixed it with some open source audio EQ programs.

Damn sad purchase on 16 April ships within 4 weeks then date change then I complained date change back to with 4 weeks then recently change to ship on 31st May now I check again ship 30 June wtf la
