WhatsApp voice chat.. when I hear people voice chat from loud speaker, the phone will suddenly blank screen and play from earpiece.. it detect like I place the earpiece on my ear..

My 2day set, so far whatsapp voice call no such issue.

Does anhone know how to kill gmail audio notification (silent) without killing app dot and taskbar notification?

Oh,if you like the spigen feel, they are releasing tough armor for our device. Available in Amazon US with limited stock. I ask several sellers here, it will come eventually but dont know when.

I think it'll be expensive when it gets here, unlikely to be below RM100. Anyway, don't plan to invest in more cases since not planning to use the phone long term smile.gif

I've encountered similar issue. I'm not sure what happen when i try to make a call using whatsapp and put near my ear.. the screen turn black and never recover, the person did not pickup the call but i'm not able to hangup from my side as the screen is still black, waited more than 2 minutes before the whatsapp call drop and my screen back to normal.

Took me a while to figure this out, as was previously on iphone, and before that Nexus 6p. For those who want the latest OTA's and still root (probably takes no more than 1h end to end, depends on how fast your Internet is), especially with A/B partition canggih-ness.

1. Download FULL OTA
2. Download latest Magisk zip
3. Download TWRP zip
4. TWRP > Full Backup (if you're kiasi)
(OPTIONAL) : Disable your Magisk modules
5. Apply OTA via System > Updates > DO NOT REBOOT
6. Magisk > Install > Install to Inactive Slot (after OTA) > REBOOT
7. Magisk > Modules > Install TWRP zip from #3 > DO NOT REBOOT
8. Magisk > Modules > Install Magisk zip from #2 > REBOOT
9. Enjoy!
