total 5x today lo. if you sapu already midnite, you get to buy the leftover

I bought 2x in the midnight and 3x in the morning. Total 5x.

However, I only able to buy 1x for sb voucher at midnight. Later none. 5x quota for specific merchants only?

Just tried again, dapat another 1 so total 4x

for precise voucher drop, 12am+ I got 2x, then retried before 2am, got 1x, then after 2am, another 2x. I suspect it's done to prevent system overload.

My neighbor got 2x, slept, resumed at 8-9am for remaining 3x.

Don't know what time they start limiting them vouchers again.

May I know the limit of rm4999 spend for Shopeepay is based on calender month or statement date?

I wonder why. It was fine two weeks ago with spilt payment using different vouchers but in one receipt, but now they dont allow. But then it was a different cashier and another cashier also came and said dont allow anymore

too many people scan one item and pay. it is too hassle and waste time whereby a lot of people queue up

I assume mistakes could've been made, so they stopped. Unless they allow 1 expensive item with multiple vouchers.

Just now wanted to buy something but found out that Shopeepay is not available due to the transaction limit.

But I checked back my transactions for Dec, it's less than RM4999.

Then I checked back until 11/11, and yes total will reach RM4999.

Could you pls also check back your transaction back to 11/11? If it's reaching the limit then most likely it's based on the past 30/31 days and not based on calendar month.

Why is there a limit? Isnt that it should be based on if the account has balance or not? It's not a credit card... thats ridiculous, as long i hav funds i cna spend however i like.

i had this problem since few months ago, and shopee CS just told me wait new month new limit, they duno why...
this month same problem again, yesterday i still can choose shopeepay but i did not place order, then today limit reach ...... funny right?

i'm not expert in ewallet but the few that i'm using now has this limit, even for the tng ewallet. not sure if you have used any that is without imits?

ya i think yesterday was still ok for me also. just now was trying to pay for something less than rm10 using the free shipping voucher but to no avail.

this is a public forum, once someone share anything here, loads of people will go all out and 'abuse' it.

Honestly I really hate ppl doing all these funny things when queuing for payment, especially when there's a long que. So I believe 1 voucher per receipt is a good move and fair to everyone.

especially when the cashier is new and need to go here and there asking around.
