You will find a lot of examples in Shopee forum.

You need to claim the vouchers, changing from time to time, with conditions (minimum spend, categories etc, eg Fashion 25% minimum spend RM40, 60% capped at RM6 on 6/6/2020), I used a lot of 15% - 111% in the past few months. The cashback in the form of Shopee coins (valid for 3 months) will be credited once the order is completed (goods successfully delivered).

I look at different angle. Payment Card Reform Framework is due on 1/1/2021, so I think Maybank may devalue the Treatpoints soon, maybe from 0.2% to 0.1%, on par with Maybank-Shopee CC. Also Maybank may reduce FCB VS cashback to 0.1% - 0.5% (maybe 0.2%/0.4%/0.5% for Paywave, dining) on par with Maybank-Shopee CC.

You may be right, but wait for full details of this CC.
But ShopeePay is an ewallet, most likely no reward/rebate.

Can withdraw, but you need to top up from online banking, not from credit/debit card.
Now you can't use credit/debit card to buy things at Shopee!

No.
Not sure if they already learned from Alipay (for foreigners). Refund is credited to the top-up transactions (credit card account), which nobody can abuse.
Suggest to Shopee Pay if you want the credit back.

Nothing wrong!
Fund from credit cards shall go back to credit card not Savings account. Otherwise the abuse can happen.
