For those who could not get refund, you can file a claim at small claims court.

Many years ago, my client refused to pay my commision after I sold his house. I filed a claim at PJ state magistrate court. Only pay RM10 for stamping fee. Within a month, a letter of hearing date was sent to us. When I attended the hearing, I told the judge that my client had given my payment in form of post dated cheque after he received the court letter. Later I cancelled the claim after the cheque was cleared.

Shopee is a middle man. We buy things thru Shopee. They have responsibilities. We claim from Shopee and Shopee claims from sellers. Let the CEO or manager of Shopee to argue the case with you in the court.

sometimes they dun care. they ask u settle with seller urself. but once that doesn't work out, may have to go to authorities to bring seller and shopee to justice.

Every consumer in Malaysia is protected under Consumer Protection Act 1999 (CPA). You can get full refund or replacement.

Believe me, you will get your full refund or replacement if you have a solid reason. A judge is a human being. He or she has feelings. He or she will favour more towards poor general public than rich companies. What is RM80 claim against million dollars made by the companies?

Thru out my life, I have 2 RM15K court cases and RM1K small claim court case. I won all.

I hate rich companies bully the poor general public. I am 62 yrs old retiree and I am sharing my opinions. Good luck.

I got my refund from Shopee before. I feel that Shopee is the most reliable

Any case of getting successful refund for not receiving the item? 1 month of wait and last delivery update was 9 days ago

Already in talks with help desk btw, supposed get refund tomorrow but seller show tracking no. now case back in review again 😡

The item i purchased required me to confirm receipt of product by tomorro1(17 June). I extended it to 20th June. The item is stuck with poslaju somewhere. Was wondering what would happen if i still yet to receive the product by 20th June? Should i cancel and ask for refund?

Anyone else having issues with items from overseas?
My 2 parcel has already arrived Subang Jaya hub since last Friday but they still hasn't been delivered until today
Whereas 1 other parcel that is still showing "in transit to Malaysia" has already arrived today

Something wrong with Shopee Express now?

yes i have problem with oversea item tracking status too.
one show in transit, but i already receive the parcel.
another one still show in transit for at least 7 days but not moving

It will wait till the good deliver even after date line. System won't auto cancel.

Something must be happening with Shopee Express then

I went to the Subang Jaya hub to see if I can collect the 2 item myself but they cannot track the item, but later said the item is already with the rider
When I ask them how they know the item is with their rider when they can't track the parcel? They said my item will be delivered today

I ask them again if they can track my item in the system, they said cannot

devilmaycry9 I just spoke to Shopee live chat agent. All oversea parcels will change the tracking number once it arrives Malaysia
You need to speak with them to get the local tracking number

Open the Shopee app on your phone, go to your account or "Me" on the bottom right, scroll to the bottom then click "Chat with Shopee"
Once inside the Shopee Chat, type "live agent" to speak directly with a shopee agent so you don't have to go through the hassle of dealing with the chatbot

Might have to wait for a while because the queue is quite high, my queue was at #168 which took around 15 minutes before an agent is available for me
Once you got an agent with you, give them the order ID number then request for "local tracking number"

I got mine and now I can track all my parcels properly in Shopee Express tracking website
