topup issue is a norm la , especially special days due to immense traffic volume going through payment gatweays/banks for processing.

i bought some stuffs at midnight through shopeepay. no issue.

topup already done few days ago, knowing midnight topup will get surprises.

use [search] in this topic

then contact shopee CS for help

shopeepay limit lor. check their FAQ

also, there is policy for that too.

use FPX better

duitnow transfer (bank to shopeepay duitnow id) may face hiccups/slower to process

then that's fpx, not "bank instant transfer"

how much did you topup?

i topup 500 via fpx this morning 10:18am, shopeepay wallet updated immediately though.


few possible issues:

1) delay at shopeepay to acknowledge or process transaction receipt from FPX. this case, they need to reconcile first before update shopeepay balance.

2) delay in processing at bank side (deducted but not successfully routed to destination, which is shopeepay). hence, will need longer time to clear all outstanding routing.

There is a max daily spend limit of 3000 Shopee Coins and max weekly spend limit of 15,000 Shopee Coins.

banned from topup or banned from spending $$ from shopeepay?

if shopeepqy is banned, might as well just cancel/terminate it.

they must honor snd refund all fund back to you for account closure.

probably just technical issue, whereby shopeepay account is not linked correctly to your shopee account.

or shopeepay acct is flagged for unknown reason, like you said.

oh well, either you voluntarily terminate the acct to get 200 back or just leave it there and retry again at later times (check regularly)

during reload, the app already have icons for each of your card too.

the message is more specific to your account restriction, rather than general interruption

only you can find out the cause of this by contacting shopeepay
