Can anyone advise if it is advisable to activate shopeepay on a 2nd shopee account? First account is unverified version, and both shopee account are on TWO different devices...

I think u have 2 options. Activate shopeepay without IC verification (u can purchase use voucher etc but u cant transfer out and to other user) - just key in IC number and you’re good to go

You only need to activate using IC verification if u want to be able to transfer out and to other user.

This is like the first time when shopeepay rolled out. Now im not sure whether they still allow u to activate shopeepay without IC verification (the process where u snap the IC)

Any one experience with Fpx top up from bank account successful and credit deducted but Shopee Pay show in progress?

Periodically yes but the system is quite robust. Wait for some time and you may find the topup in your wallet.

Update : shopee status changes from in progress to failed.

Money was not credited into shopeepay but deducted from bank account.

Anyone know recently need to wait how long for ShopeePay to verify ic? Since the items I’m eyeing has limited stock and limited vouchers, contact cs to ask them to speed up process they said cannot since ytd around 12.30am until now Monday 4.30pm still not verified yet

It’s possible. Need to pay separately in 2 payments in 2 days. Will need seller cooperation. Chat them and see if they’re willing.

Usually seller will not honor this act. as they need to create another link for separate amount.
