No.
Not sure if they already learned from Alipay (for foreigners). Refund is credited to the top-up transactions (credit card account), which nobody can abuse.
Suggest to Shopee Pay if you want the credit back.

Some experience to share.

Shoppee is very strict with bank transfer, whether it’s unintentional or not. One time doing it they will remove the credit card top up option from shoppee pay.

I played safe by contacting help desk first to check if I will be ban before withdrawal due to error from their side. The CS said it won’t but I still kena. Took me about a week to get the option back, and numerous emails.

So, beware.

Yes, did not withdraw from shopee pay even once, already advice by many shopee pay user before if you read back old post. No withdraw, just it to buy something.

Dayumm that means ayam lucky this month - Been secretly doing small withdrawals of around RM200-400 over the past few months - but ayam dun withdraw immediately - usually the next month later, but ayam also an active purchaser of stuff la cause got 30k coins to spend from my lappy purchase... still got 10k left, so die die will switch all consumption online lol... maybe that somehow saved me?

Probably gonna be guai guai ask CS first and screenshot nice nice before my next attempt topkek..

I dunno.. I just withdraw small amounts as I also need to have some balance to spend anyway. The withdrawals are just to max out the benefits from my card used to reload the value. So its about 2-3x for the past 2 months, but all in small sums
