I look at different angle. Payment Card Reform Framework is due on 1/1/2021, so I think Maybank may devalue the Treatpoints soon, maybe from 0.2% to 0.1%, on par with Maybank-Shopee CC. Also Maybank may reduce FCB VS cashback to 0.1% - 0.5% (maybe 0.2%/0.4%/0.5% for Paywave, dining) on par with Maybank-Shopee CC.

isn't 1 Shopee Coin = 1 sen? therefore 5x = 5 sen = 5% effective cashback?

You can pay Shopee directly with the MBB Shopee Visa also.
If you load to ShopeePay Wallet, you may get nothing ... but agin i feel it's stupid.

Can withdraw, but you need to top up from online banking, not from credit/debit card.
Now you can't use credit/debit card to buy things at Shopee!
