Izit have to be verified users in order to get daily cashback and the voucher? Becos mine second acc unverified doesnt qualify any of these. I not sure that i am being flagged by the system or nt.

have tried 2 acc on one phone and login on sec phone to do transaction. both also failed.

Nasikandar Pelita also same like this, the QR code is DuitNow and i use shopeepay to scan to use the voucher but error message same with yours. can pay but didnt allow use apply voucher.
Have chat with CS about this, they dont really layan. they just said u need applied voucher when u scan. So turned out wasted 4 vouchers since cant be used.

If dont support then better dont sell voucher la weh

It was under the participating list, so it might be the shopeepay error. maybe the shop qrcode generated is not enable for voucher redemption.

My issue is, when scanned will ask you to insert amount and choose voucher. but there is no applicable for me to choose even the merchant name is correct.

not even shopeefarm, even those voucher for RM0.05, the machine show invalid voucher, the apps show unable to redeem the vouchers, but if direct pay without voucher then no problem. Hurm.
So the purchased voucher cant be used, haiya

I have tried different device different merchant but still didnt receive rm 3.

I do have face these issue before, other device see quota got alot but, it will write fully redeemed when made payment

no wonder , suddenly cant find cashback during the day

i get suspended after do this, dunno how they detect it
