u don't used it . the sender was. get the fact right.

btw my area is in there covering. no problemo. i'll just call drop point anytime after 4 to 6 hour after last attempt to deliver.

I use it, that's a fact, all the time with Shopee. Best thing is Sunday delivery.

Depends on location, I guess. Once it's shipped by seller, JT is as fast as Poslaju for my area. Provided there're no routing errors which seems to happen more often than Poslaju. Routing error = 1 day delay.

Mine got funny routing on Shopee but bonus is they do delivery on Sunday, they open until quite late every day and work everyday except public holiday

J&T always shows out for delivery, but item only arrive 2,3 days after that. Can't really trust their tracking status

worst courier service ever...
holding my parcel for few days without sending it out even it is sent from jb to jb.
keep calling their hotline since yesterday, say will notify branch to ship out by end of the day but no shipping out yesterday, cs said will help me arrange for delivery next morning(today before 12) but till evening still no come, then say will help inform branch again to send out by today but website tracking no sign of sending out.
Keep suggest me to self pick up. wonder this is a self pick up service or a courier. and their Tampoi branch's contact number cannot get through at all, keep busy line, can't confirm with the parcel status, the cs said they can only notify branch using their system.
At last said the branch not able to ship out items during this weekend and will resume on tomorrow, and help me to schedule again tomorrow before 12, hope they don't scam me again.

Honestly this is very first time I'm facing such lousy courier service.

J&T wins again. Item delivered today at 2pm. (Dropped off at J&T Pandan Indah 1pm yesterday)

A little tip for those in Sungai Long. Make sure your postcode is 43200 which will route the package to J&T Sg Long. If your postcode is 43000, it gets routed to Kajang.

Slow service. Sellers at shopee love to use this service. Haihhh.

Buyers can choose the courier right? Usually Shopee will have Poslaju and 1 other. If I'm buying something on a Thurs or Friday, I tend to choose J&T as exemplified above.

First time using this service, Poslaju still leads for my area.

Tracking says my parcel on hold for the 2nd day already, out of drop point's business hour 🤔 what does that even mean, not enough worker or what

for me is slower than pos laju.

also same case like you, delivery within klang valley also took a week.
Checked their status keep on saying bad weather even when there is no rain.
Google don't even have their branch number. Then when I called the main branch to get the branch number, guess what? The branch number is an inactive number.
Call back the main branch they told me that is the only number they have.

I won't use them anymore. If you go over their fb, all of the user there complaint.
