hi ... the best way is if u dun received any call from them, write a letter to bnm. do u have the proof of it ? like documents and so on.

i deal with them before and personally helped a client complained them, two week time it was solved.

damn problematic lar this ambank.

if i dun reply back in this thread, pm me.

Sorry out of topic.

My gf's sis withdrawed RM500 from C***B***, but only 400 come out. Went to report and they told her they will investigate. Then they said its not their fault ...  wht to do? Sue them over the 100 bux? report police? V can do no sh*t!

If they do this to 5% of their customer per day, they can afford to close down their investment, loan, credit card and etc departments.

But say if they r not intentional. I think its wiser to withdraw money in smaller amounts ... mayb it will lessen the percentage of this things happening.

we can do shit. through bnm. smile.gif

one of my client lost RM 2 K because of the scratch and win coupon. everyone told her it was hopeless, in two week times, i wrote some letters, and two weeks time, the company call her to collect her money.

it can be done. but u need all the document proofs. smile.gif
and some guidance

I am not. but everyone can do it as long they did it according to the procedure. if banks issues, refer to bnm.

in a bank or any institutions, u may go to the counter and complained, but most of the time, they will just put aside the issues. If you write a letter to BNM, the BNM rep will send a letter to their CEO asking for explanations. of course a CC will be send to you as well.

just make sure everything u submit got photocopy and make sure he sign on it as he has accepted it. Name, the acceptance date with the bank chop.

Then he wont simply simply do loo. smile.gif hope it helps.

my direct and indirect clients faced two problems before. Claims which they dun want processed until BNM inquiry them. tongue.gif

Added on June 25, 2007, 4:46 pmIf NextG card is so good, and profitable to the bank, i am sure other banks would come out with different brand of cards. This is business mah.

but maybank so big also didnt do that. something is amiss.

the story is like this..i doing bulk from ebay and one forumer bank in through counter to my nexg card and the process is in my transaction hystory but the fund never credited to my acc.. already called them and they tell me will call me back but WTF??? one week and no single call from them. what do i need to do right now? already go to branch but still same answer...
*
hi, can you try to go their AMbank branch again for further inquiry ? see their manager if possible. ask for a period, maybe 3 days since u call them before. Ask them for investigation results (usually no results) and tell them to refund (hopefully they dun come out with any excuses)

IF they did, ask for the excuses to print out and make sure the manager sign and chop on it even its printed and doesn't required signature bullshit. By signing on it, he know you are going tobe serious. and he will too. biggrin.gif

then we can proceed with the BNM thing. I found the address already. hehe.

Go to the bank, make a fuss and demand for the manager.
This is your money. Don't give up. If their manager give lame, stupid excuse, straight go to BNM. And remember, record down every excuse they give, and ask the manager to sign. Make a report to BNM, and tada. I can give u 99% the case sure solved. As long as you have a good concrete proof.

A few years ago I used my AmBank ATM to withdraw $ but was denied and also at a few more banks as the next day I was leaving for Singapore and wanted to bring along add RM for emergency purpose! The following day withdraw the RM1000 at an ATM at KL Sentral but a few weeks later recieved thier notifier letter that i had withdrawn RM1000 on 2 straight days. Filed a complaint @ AmBank branch in Bandar Baru Ampang where I bank but guess what, now more than 3 years, o reply and when I call them they said to check with branch & when I check with branch they said to check with HQ! Guess what RM1000 BURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They denied it was thier fault on thie end!

I experienced this before (in Dec 2005).
I went to the bank with an official letter requesting explanation and immediate action to clear the transaction.
After a week, i followed up with them but to no avail, i proceed to BNM.
In my report to BNM, i attached all the transactions data/documents, my earlier letter, chronology of events (time & date i called, met, discussed and whatsoever), and also estimation cost (phone calls & transportation).
Before left BNM, i prepared a hand writing cover letter with BNM endorsement (proving that i had consulted them).
I c.c. the cover note to the Managing Director and GM, Customer Service of the bank.
Surprise me, on the next day... the PA to MD called me personally and asked me to meet them for better solution.
We met up and immediately my case closed and clear as crystal. But no compensation for my call and transportation.
I double checked with BNM. Confirm! It was cleared.
u may try this.

I'm extremely disappointed with MOL Freedom's customer service. I bought and sent in the application form 2 weeks ago. The customer service person told me the processing job should be completed within 10 working days. Then on Thursday, I received a missed call from them but I wasn't at home. So I tried to call them back. Sadly, I was passed around from one person to another 4 times and in the end somebody hung me up. Imagine my frustration. Then on the next day I tried to call them again to check my application status. A guy asked for my personal details like IC, contact number, card number etc and say they'll check and call me back within that day. Again, I was disappointed when I didn't get any return calls. And wow, ever heard that customer support has weekend breaks? They do. I mean, I'm going to let them manage my money and personal information..How could i trust them in this case? I'm going to cancel my card soon..

This is how banks make money, guys. You dont wanna see their charges til they come to you. You guys ever made any TT to overseas? the recipient always received the amount lesser than you banked in. RM25 - RM32 per transaction on TT.

i kena this before also, but i went to the bank and informed them about it. Bring ur atm receipt also and fill up the complaint form. i got my "unwithdrawn" money the next day.

the best is u keep the receipts and keep on bugging them non stop lo. i use nexG so far no big problems (except for the fact that u need more than rm150 in ur card balance to pump petrol vmad.gif )

ambank service is slow. i mail them ask them about something took them 3 days to reply. might as well go to the bank and ask them straight away.

but what to do, ambank is the only bank open on sunday at my area sweat.gif .

Right now the most reliable bank to me is still C***B***. no big problems with them so far. even atm card kena makan they call me 1 hour later to collect my atm card back.
