Go to the bank, make a fuss and demand for the manager.
This is your money. Don't give up. If their manager give lame, stupid excuse, straight go to BNM. And remember, record down every excuse they give, and ask the manager to sign. Make a report to BNM, and tada. I can give u 99% the case sure solved. As long as you have a good concrete proof. |
