I don't have any data plan, so i don't use EDGE to connect to the internet. Sometime just use the wifi to connect to my home network or some other hotspot.

I am keen to sign the DiGi Mobility Fiesta Rm124 monthly package but have some doubt in my mind...could you help me?

1. When u using the hp 512 as modern to connect with ur notebook, can the phone charge with the power without the battery?  If it is not the case, then and do u know how much the price for 2nd battery ?
2. When u sign th package, where u collect the phone? Where u sign the package? Only Digi center?
3. As for the Hp ipaq 512, is the function of outlook/task etc just like the pc one? Can we copy all the files to pc?
4. how much ur micro sd?

1 - I don't see any disable charging option inside WM.
    iPAQ battery is Here
    You should contact HP. So far my heavy usage access web, still can last me 3 days.

weird thing happened....

today i bought the micro sd, after plug in the card, restart the phone, the problem i mentioned (internet access when from one to another) gone...     
mykomputer - is the msn messenger can't go in show emotion? everytime i go in there, the msn messenger will close automtically...

msn messenger have some problem showing emoticons.. so just type the appropriate symbols (e.g : + ) ) and sometime it'll show sometime it'll not.. trying to add emoticons through the 'menu' commands usually makes messenger restarts... i only managed to use the 'menu' way works once...

online so far i use on iPAQ itself on "intermittent" mode, use for traffic check/msn/etc.

512 is sg region, it does support chinese fonts. one of my fren got iPAQ 500 which doesn't support chinese fonts, but windows mobile can always add in the language.

I got the micro SD from plaza lowyat comp shop..browse the LYN front page, u'll see the price list there.

Nope. I use maxis 3G before using digi edge, as edge much stable than 3G. my live/work/home town all covered by edge
uh..I tot it was my connection problem. but this morning I enter the Show emotion, it does come out all..

The setup asistance is an application in the phone or a desktop application?
