There's one cream bread selling at 7-Eleven, can't remember it's from Gardenia or High 5.

I believe butter has to be real butter. Butter Blend is butter + vegetable oil. 100% vegetable oil is margarine. They cannot wrongly labellled or will get fined.

That is what doctor said. For me, the cholesterol in body is not something not curable, like diabetes that can be controlled. Most cholesterol pill is statin base which has bad side effect. You do not want to depends on the pill over long long term. Basically it makes you body think that you have enough cholesterol and stops your body from producing more as far as I know.

those birthday cakes at the market all sponge cake base. if it stated butter cake chances they use margarine+artificial butter essence
