What for 😂 French butter is usually cultured, so the taste is slightly tangy. Luprak which is Danish butter is also not bad, but I still prefer French butter. SCS, Anchor, Farmcow, those I use to think good, but now I've moved on Short to going to artisan French butter which if lucky you can find in Mercato in Pavillion. Yes sometimes I eat itself, it's good enough to do so But on slice of sourdough bread is just heaven! |
