It clearly says adela BUTTER so it's butter.
Unsalted is the best one for baking.. Pernah dengar tp xpernah jumpa kt mana2 market. Actually I hv tried buttercup, butterlite, anchor, scs, farmcow.. I don't think got much beza,

But if I use planta dang very huge difference
*
buttercup, butterlite, farmcows= margarines
scs, anchor=good butter for baking

What about this? Coarse salt? Hv u try this too?
Erm u really makan mcm tu ja? What for 😂

It is available in most Village Grocer/Jaya Grocer/Cold Storage. I haven't tried coarse salt, you can try.
French butter is usually cultured, so the taste is slightly tangy.
Luprak which is Danish butter is also not bad, but I still prefer French butter.

SCS, Anchor, Farmcow, those I use to think good, but now I've moved on biggrin.gif.
Short to going to artisan French butter which if lucky you can find in Mercato in Pavillion.

Yes sometimes I eat itself, it's good enough to do so laugh.gif
But on slice of sourdough bread is just heaven!

did u monitor your oven temp as well?

always heat your oven 30 mins before baking. even if the recipe said 180 you need to go lower than that , say 160 and gradually control the temp

I am talking about normal oven, not those industrial oven one

Actually, I always use 180 for the first 5-10 min after that I lower the temp to 170.. I heat my oven even more than 30 min tho lol.
My oven is just the normal one..sometimes kalau I guna 180 to heat it, I rasa the cake change color to brow very fast but if I poke it using a toothpick, dalam x masak lg. So I takut hangit. Whats the problem?
