i am aiming on this particular model..
81Y6005KMJ

 i7-10750H

Windows 10

1TB 5400+256GB

16.0GB DDR4

RTX 2060
making up my mind tomorrow...will place order...hopefully this is a good purchase since i will be using my laptop for a very long time...My dell xps last me 7 years plus and still running well...surprisingly my laptop battery can still last few games of dota 2 (turbo game) only show warning of low battery..

This Specs is not worth at all. Still using HDD and intel? Wait for the dell G15 SE. or other AMD 4800H series cpu, lower cost, lower TDP, higher efficiency, higher speed.

Dell gaming laptops nowadays are mediocre, I don't have high hopes on this model either even though reviews haven't out. Consider other models

i'm considering the options below and would appreciate any suggestions/advice.

usage mostly at home so portability is not really a concern. will be sharing with the kids for their online learning while i wait for the ryzen 4000 desktop chip to build a proper gaming rig at the end of the year.

amazed by the new amd chips and therefore only considering ryzen builds

TUF A15 - MYR 5,899
4900H / 16GB / 1TB / RTX 2060

ROG G14 - USD 1,450
4900HS / 16GB / 1TB / RTX 2060MQ

looking at models available now as the family mbp has just died and need to be replaced.
*
Asus is a bit overpriced by looking at TUF A15 4800h+2060 costs rm5,699 and it's battery is not u.s 90wh but only 48wh for malaysia version.
But if you have the budget you can go for it since 4900h laptop seems to be asus exclusive for quite sometime, ROG g14 is smaller lighter better build quality overall but prices is also even more expensive, gaming performance is sacrificed for those advantage though.

Avoid A15 due to poor cooling, price also not that competitive TBH

Only get G14 if you really need 14 inch

How long you can wait?

Dell g5 15se? 4+4? Better wait for legion 5 instead, not to mention nowadays dell gaming laptop performance is not as good as lenovo or hp but charge damn expensive.

Hi to all sifus, anyone know between commandos carbine 5 gen 2 or legion 5i 15 which one is better for long term use? I'm looking for a laptop with better display quality because of design works.

Specs below is what I looking for:

i7 -10750H or any other i7
16GB Ram (If can 2x 8gb is better)
GTX 1650/1660TI/RTX2060
1TB/500GB HDD and 256/512GB SSD

last time my budget is rm4.5k but I think of im going to use it for more than 3 years so I try to boost up to around rm5k and I found out if around rm5k I can get a RTX2060 laptop...

I compared both laptop for the price it look almost similar..but just wanted to know between this 2 laptop which is better for long term use. or anyone have cheaper laptop to suggest I would like to consider also.

Wanted the laptop around June if possible latest around July...
thanks in advance for all the help.

My vote would be Legion 5i (2060) due to build quality and aftersales

none in Malaysia market (for now), all 48Wh

I would strongly suggest avoiding A15 due to poor cooling

for the lenovo legion 5 i manage to get the RM1 mouse and backpack

trick is to remove them, then edit the specs and add them in again, only then it adds RM2 to the total price

Is this laptop worth the money? It is very cheap for a RTX 2060 and my budget ~RM4000
I want to play FPS at 144 Hz and high end games

Predator triton 300 specs:

Bad cooling, also need to take out 4GB RAM and add x2 8GB RAM (extra cost)
