Based on my memory ,the corridor width around 7 feet. Ceiling height around 9.5 feet .

May be a good selling point for some(keyword), because the school is just nearby, they can send their kid to school easily.
I get where you are coming from, most owner might not afford to send their kids to international school. But this is surely not a point to avoid, why avoid international school?

am not suggesting point to avoid. Why agent even promote this 300mtr to international school as the selling point??????

Not most owners might not afford....logically all owners of affordable housing WILL NOT send their kids to international school. Have you even studied how much fee per year for international school? Am not talking abt private school.

I think Tzu Chi International School fees is still consider affordable for some owners of rumawip, average monthly tuition fees for Kindergarten is 1k, for primary school is 1.2k to 1.45k. It's not sky high at all.

I believe the fee u quoted is private school not int school.

1.2k is for one semester 3 mths?

And fee is one things. There are many other charges.

So agent claimed advantage to be near int school only for a privileage few buyers of tis rumawip, if any?
