Very weird layout. 2 bedrooms will be facing inner (no view) part of the building.

Exact location. Very big piece of land. Will depend where is the guardhouse. Distance to LRT station will be more than 1km walking.

Funny thing if reading through Minest thread or Sunway Avila thread, people buying saying such distance is walkable twice daily. 

Actually when you're poor and you don't have a car to go to work, any distance is walkable. lol..

If they need to wear heels to work, then good luck lo. Walk 100m also susah liao.

Normal 9-5 guys and girls need to travel early, before 7.30am must go out liao.. and won't be back until 6-7pm like that..

Sun and heat shouldn't be issues, they are more scared of raining only.. especially open walkway without covers..
Night time might be dangerous too, depending on the area & lighting too.

So ya, 1km isn't an issue actually, when you have no choice. slow slow walk, unless you are always late to work la..

The layout is indeed very weird, so many wasted space 

im sure they will sort it out...1km footpath/susur gajah is doable.
+ if u go out early morning 7am is not hot. 6pm++ the sun is already nearly down.....

There is agent(not from this project) told me that if i purchased rumawip as first home, few years later if I want to purchase a second new house, I have to surrender the rumawip back to the government if not i cant purchase for a second house.. is that true ah? 🤔 wondering is it the agent trying to bluff me

May be a good selling point for some but definitely not a point to avoid.

May be a good selling point for some(keyword), because the school is just nearby, they can send their kid to school easily.
I get where you are coming from, most owner might not afford to send their kids to international school.  But this is surely not a point to avoid, why avoid international school?

I think Tzu Chi International School fees is still consider affordable for some owners of rumawip, average monthly tuition fees for Kindergarten is 1k, for primary school is 1.2k to 1.45k. It's not sky high at all.

I agree international school is not a negative point. Why negative ? What selling point ? I would prefer an international school opposite my apartment instead of cemetery or factory or  another condo lol...
