If u go to tbe gym and walk on trendmill for 60mins you will walk 3 to 4 times the distance....

But we are talking abt white collar reporting to work. How to survive make up and clean dry shirt before starting work, and the heels????

1st I will never buy property 1km from MRt/Lrt. it defeats the purpose of using the service.

the further apartment to MRT was 700mtr. Even this I sold already recently.

I don't know exactly 'many' as you mentioned are white collar management level. for me, I will never walk 1km from Uni station to capri. its not only uphill, you can ensure that my biz shirt will be soaking with sweat.

Not most owners might not afford....logically all owners of affordable housing WILL NOT send their kids to international school. Have you even studied how much fee per year for international school? Am not talking abt private school.

1.2k is for one semester 3 mths?

And fee is one things. There are many other charges.

So agent claimed advantage to be near int school only for a privileage few buyers of tis rumawip, if any?
